	Brief	Permanently mount dashboard decals to housing whilst providing light insulation round LED's Die Cut dimensions had to be within a very tight tolerance, and all internal waste had to be removed

	Brief	Provide a permanent bond between wood veneers and vehicle headlining. The parts had to very accurate and as easy as possible to apply.
	Features	The product features a very high density strong PE foam with high performance acrylic adhesive. Die cuts were produced with multiple top/back slits and locating holes.

High quality, double sided, high density polyethylene foam for securly attaching exterior emblems and trim to motorcycles, cars, commercial vehicles and coaches. The majority of major european automotive manufacturers apply emblems and trim using custom die cut profiles of 464 produced by SureTECH adhesive tapes.

503 double sided high density polyethylene foam has added EVA for increased conformability. This combination of special foam and modified, more fuel resitant acrylic adhesive provides greater adhesion without compromising tensile strength. Like 464, 503 is widely used by major european OEMS for permanently mounting emblems. It can also be found mountng body side mouldings, the application for which it was originally developed. UPA1000 is a series of grey syntactic (aerated) solvent free acrylic adhesives specifically desgined for difficult surfaces. At SureTECH we have solved technical problems including bonding to low surface energy plastics and highly contoured surfaces by using UPA1000 products. Major motor manufacturers such as Honda, Volkswagen and Volvo specify these products for permanently mounting exterior trims and emblems. 1.1mm version also available in white.
